You will receive an email with your trackingnumber once your parcel is shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.

Please note, orders shipped to countries which are not part of the European Union are suspect to import costs which are paid by the customer.

Linn Alleman Studio only produce small scale, in house. Therefore, not much stock is available. We are not able to exchange an item, only to refund it.

You can return item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. The customer will pay for the shipping cost. Request your return through our return service by contacting us at linnallemanstudio@outlook.com

Please make sure the item(s) are returned in their original condition an packaging with all tags attached. If an item is damaged or in poor condition, we will be unable to issue a refund and the item will be sent back to you. 

Once your return is processed, please allow up to 14 days of receiving the item for your refund to be made.
